Welcome to an Intensive Sourdough Bread Course in Södermalm, Stockholm!
Join us for an exciting day and evening where we will mill flour, shape loaves, bake the bread of life, and teach you everything you need to know about sourdough. I will take you on a fascinating journey from grain to loaf in a deep yet accessible way.
We will focus on the fantastic world of heritage grains and explore different techniques to transform these wonders into nourishing food. You will learn how to start and maintain a healthy, bubbling sourdough culture all year round.
Beyond hands-on baking, we will also dive into the history of bread and the Nordic agricultural and food systems.
As part of the course, I will also serve a dinner prepared with organic and locally sourced seasonal ingredients. You’ll get to enjoy your freshly baked bread while engaging in conversations about flavor, ingredients, and sustainability.

- Indoor shoes (for your comfort in the venue)
- Notebook and pen (for taking notes during the course)
- A small glass jar with a lid (if you’d like to take some of my sourdough starter home)
